These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://go.fergusonplumbingdesignma.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Ferguson Plumbing Design Inc, doing business as Ferguson Plumbing Design ("Ferguson Plumbing Design," "we," "us" or "our"). By accessing the Site, contacting us by phone or chat, or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Services
Ferguson Plumbing Design provides residential and commercial plumbing repair, water heater and tankless water heater service, boiler and heating repair, leak detection, drain and sewer line repair, and remodel plumbing design services in the Nashoba Valley. All work is performed by licensed technicians. Written estimates are provided before work begins, and work is performed only after you approve the estimate.
2. Estimates, Pricing and Payment
- Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. If additional work is discovered, we will stop and obtain your approval before proceeding.
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Diagnostic or trip fees, if any, will be disclosed before a technician is dispatched.
3. Warranties
Our workmanship is warranted against defects for the period stated on your invoice. Equipment and parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, work performed by others, or conditions outside our control such as water quality or pre-existing plumbing defects.
4. SMS and Text Messaging Terms
Program description. Ferguson Plumbing Design uses text messaging to communicate with customers about appointments, service updates, estimates, invoices, and to respond to inquiries you send us by phone or through the chat feature on this Site.
How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from Ferguson Plumbing Design when you (a) provide your mobile number through the chat feature on this Site, (b) call or text us and request service or information, or (c) otherwise give us your mobile number and ask us to contact you. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us. Most customers receive a small number of messages related to a specific service request.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages you send and receive.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and you will no longer receive texts from us unless you opt in again.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site or our chat feature to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any system.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and design, is the property of Ferguson Plumbing Design Inc or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
The chat feature on this Site is powered by a third-party customer communication platform. Your use of that feature is also subject to that provider's terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ferguson Plumbing Design Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
